Jonathan is a enthusiastic and high energy trainer with over 5 years of experience working in health and fitness. He is dedicated to improving all aspects of his clients performance in and out of the gym. He follows a holistic approach to achieving your desired goal, making maintenance much easier. Jonathan also prides himself on educating his clients to ensure they have a greater understanding of health and fitness.

One of the most knowledgable and dedicated PT's in the business! I came to Jono to improve my squat technique and improve my strength and power for running and he went out of his way to take me through everything step by step, explain scientifically the benefits of certain movements and even showed me why 'ITS THIS WAY OR NO WAY' is not a individualised motto. He went upon it without any hesitation, and also gave me a HIIT Man personalised strength program (which I highly recommend purchasing!) One of the best decisions I've made in a long time in relation to working toward achieving my goals and becoming re-motivated

100% would recommend Jono to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. He is very knowledgable, not only with training but with food and nutrition too, and keeps the sessions very interesting. Small group sessions are great fun and I look forward to them each week. Although making the sessions fun, he ensures they are still very challenging.
Jono is genuinely interested and cares about his clients progression. He will often ask me to keep him updated with any progress over the week/weekend. I have improved a lot over the past 3-4 months and I couldn't have done it without his encouragement and support. Thanks Jono!

I started working out with Jono to improve my tennis off the court, not just my fitness but to build up strength in my arms and legs! Would highly recommend having Jono as a PT as he has helped me a lot! My tennis has improved so much since starting with Jono, and its just gonna keep on getting better and better. Not a single thing to complain about, everything about it is to a high standard and every week he provides motivation and encouragement every minute of the session!
